Peter and Katie won a giveaway that The Barn at Timber Creek was hosting and I had the privilege of being apart of it. The giveaway featured a complementary engagement session at the barn with me (woohoo!), a romantic dinner at the newly renovated Taphouse and a cozy nights stay at The Hotel Weyanoke. I hadn’t met Peter or Katie before their session, but when I arrived, they were venturing around the property dressed and ready to go. Little did I know, that they actually are planning to have their wedding at this very spot later this year, so this session was even more special to be apart of!

We started their session outside of the barn. Somehow, we managed to luck out and not catch many rain drops before venturing around the property. Katie’s gorgeous red dress was perfect for the occasion! It was long and flowy and matched the winter decorations still set up in and around the barn. We finished off their session with a bottle of champagne that ended up everywhere! So excited to share these two on the blog!
