We are so excited to be sending you this questionnaire because this is one of our most favorite parts of this entire process. This is where we get to ask you a few random questions to get to know more about you! I'll be using this information when sharing your photographs on my blog so be as honest or as funny as you are comfortable with!
Feel free to leave the questions that you don't want to answer blank, but by answering these questions, it helps us get the best understanding of you as a person! If you're answering questions as a couple, just include both of your names and then your answers in the text box. For example "Jackie: I love taking pictures and running.
